Forearm Plank

A forearm plank is a position that works your shoulders, glutes, and core. It deeply engages your core to ensure greater stability and core strength. Benefits of this pose include: Increased arm strength, better stability, increased core strength.

  1. Position yourself so that your forearms are pressed against the floor- elbows being directly under your shoulders.
  2. Step your feet back and make sure your body is straight.
  3. Keep your core tight and be mindful of not letting your hips sink to the ground. Breathe.
